THIS BOOK! Oh, This book… I haven’t enjoyed reading a book this good in such a long time. If it wasn’t for college, I would’ve finished it in one sitting! Yesterday night I couldn’t sleep for I kept on thinking about the characters of Shadow and Bone. Therefore, I got up at midnight to read a few pages so I could satisfy my hunger to know more about the characters. Before I knew it I was reading the last page and realized I had been reading until 3AM. Stating that this novel is a page-turner is unnecessary I believe.

The plot twists were exceptionally great, to the point that one minute I was swooning over the Darkling, and the next I was throwing my book across the room because of rage and frustration! (YES I REALLY DID THAT! Then I rushed over to see if my book was still okay) I am awfully attached to the characters to say the least! However, the events that occurred made an emotional wreck out of me! Another unfathomable matter about this book is the world building. It is out of this world! Leigh Bardugo did a magnificent job creating the Grisha world. I couldn’t get enough of it! I actually already picked up the second book to read! I cannot wait to delve into the Grisha world again! Recommending this book to everyone!
